Inside Sales Specialist

FreeMove Service Center

Job brief:

We are looking for Inside Sales Specialists to explore new sales channels and increase sales productivity for FreeMove Alliance. The inside sales specialist will develop customer relationship with a selected list of customers in order to retain and acquire mobile fleets of multinational customers on an international scale. The inside sales specialist will work together with international business developers and field sales managers of FreeMove Alliance members (Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telia Company and TIM) to jointly engage customer affiliates with attractive commercial proposals and international central offerings. An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in managing renewals, acquiring sim cards in new countries, managing customer requirements and after sales support to achieve FreeMove’s market extension objectives. Job holder will be based in the FreeMove Service Center in Budapest.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop relationship on pre-selected customer accounts
  • Work with various teams including business development managers (BDM), global inside sales managers, local KAMs and local mobile operator contacts to create customer development programs
  • As part of the development programs, manage scheduled contact with local sales representatives and local customer affiliates to agreed plan; note the movement of prospects along the sales process
  • Make direct contact with the local mobile operators’ contact persons on an to agree on mobility related local sales offerings
  • Make record of interactions, take note of advancements and setbacks and nurture leads with content from local operators
  • Agree on highly structured set of deliverables designed to help customers with little central control take a grip of their international mobility over time
  • Research accounts; understand customer needs and requirements and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for a joint further development and closure
  • Develop business relationship with an expanding list of accounts, so that inside sales specialists can liaise either directly with customer HQ or via KAM/BDM
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects in FreeMove’s CRM
  • Educate local salesforce on FreeMove protocols and help performing effective online demos to prospects
  • Contribute to customer facing storyline; make recommendations to refine and revisit customer value proposition jointly with sales community
  • Act as focal point for operational country engagement and mediate between national account manager responsible for HQ relationship and mobile operators in different countries


Qualifications, experience:

  • At least 2-3yrs of relevant work experience in inside sales / telesales / remote sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems and show proposed solutions
  • Strong phone presence and experience in consultative selling and negotiations
  • Good written and oral communication skills for creating professional documents and giving presentations to interested clients
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to keep an eye on multiple customer accounts
  • Persistence; Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
  • Patience, understanding and empathy in conflict resolution
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Graduate with a Sales, Marketing, Business administration or other related degree and an affinity for sales
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to build rapport; build a connection with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Be able to translate quotes and perform basic calculations; understand different mobile pricing models


  • Experience in telecommunications, in a mobile sales environment is a strong plus
  • Experience working with CRM tools is an asset
  • Post-sale relationship management experience is a plus
