Job Description

General Description

Performs tasks related to the respective Process. Coordinates and controls processes according to valid standards in order to ensure the quality of the service and customer satisfaction. Designs and produces internal and external reports related to process management. Cooperate and communicate with Internal and External customers (Operation Teams, SDMs) to ensure the proper quality of the specific process used for the planned activity.

 

Accountabilities

- Organize/participate on  teleconferences/meetings with other  participants.

- Active communication with other teams to inform about actions to be taken within the Processes.

- Coordinate processes to increase customer satisfaction.

- Active participation in respective process communities  to increase your knowledge to expected levels.

- Active participation in process related projects and support the improvements.

- Execute (Implement) the interface between process and operational topics to ensure proper quality.

- Report regular KPIs and participate in setting up actions in case of deviance to keep quality on expected level.

- Knowledge sharing of respective processes to raise general awareness about processes.

Requirements

Education

- secondary education degree

Experience

- basic overview of ICT industry environment,

- experience in process management,

- experience of IT operations across at least 1 area (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage, desktop),

- experience in multicultural environment.

Languages

- English:  B1level - mandatory

- German:  German A2-B1- Advantage

Others

- basic knowledge of Network,

- basic knowledge of ITIL,

- basic knowledge of Specific Managements within the ITIL,

- good negotiation and communication skills,

- flexibility,

- ownership,

Salary:

 Minimum base salary 750 € + variable part + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
