Job Description


Coordinates the building, maintenance and development of the quality and process management systemsof the company. Designs and implements, unifies and develops company level procedures, processes as necessary to increase the efficiency of the servicing activities provided to clients.

Your daily routine:

  • Supports planning and implementation of process-based, integrated management systems.

  • Participates in the design, implementation, post-monitoring of internal audits and in organizing external audits.

  • Participates in quality and client satisfaction measurement activities, the evaluation of feedback and the elaboration of adequate development proposals.

  • Prepares professional documentations on accomplished activities.

  • Supports the implementation of Group level guidelines.

  • Participates in project work, performs project administration tasks.

  • Makes recommendations regarding the continuous improvement of servicing processes and the measuring of such processes.

  • Prepares regular and ad hoc reports by the deadlines and in good quality

Job requirements


  • Basic level of scientific/specialized knowledge (high level education with little relevant experience: 1-2 yrs, or a lot of relevant experience 3-4 yrs + professional courses)
  • ISO standard knowledge: 9001 and 20000
