Job Description

Detailed job description, responsabilities:

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Managing Director  including:

  • Work closely and effectively with the MDs to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Manage an extremely active and dynamic calendar of appointments
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion
  • Develop and maintain a long-term calendar for the organization
  • Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Complete expense reports
  • Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and deal with enquiries quickly
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Conduct data research
  • Organize and potentially attend meetings and ensure the meeting is well-prepared
  • Take minutes, collate and distribute them and take required actions
  • Organize international conferences and offsite events
  • Cooperate with departments and other Pan Net organizations reporting to MD
  • Prepare presentations materials and reports upon request
  • Distribute meal vouchers to employees
  • Perform other general administrative duties

  • University or Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent to this position


Professional knowledge, skills, know how in the field & experience in the field:

  • Experience in field of activity :4-6 years of professional experience as an assistant in an international environment; very experienced person, who will be also able to stand-in for the Management Board Support Position
  • Multinational experience:  preffered, not a must 


Language skills:

  • Slovak language - fluent
  • English language - fluent

  • experience with planning, organizing, coordination, monitoring – ability to ensure the smooth running of the whole company (in particular during the ramp up phase…)

From Bratislava, this company will be the first point of contact regarding all overarching matters of the national companies with respect to the pan-European Network.
