Job Description

Task & responsabilities:

  • Act as procurement SPOC for One ERP (SAP) rollouts from Assessment to Go live phases
  • Deliver business input for technical designers for Procurement / P2P area
  • Train and support end users
  • Hands on participation at Testing and get-well phase
  • Incident/demand/ change request management
  • SPOC for business as usual for implemented entities
  • Vendor master data management
  • Process design
  • Catalog management
  • Serves as an interface between business and Procurement IT
  • Providing functional expertise to business and project
  • Responsible for assigned procurement categories
  • Create and optimize processes and internal standards within the entrusted agenda.
  • Ensure that all Legal and Safety laws and regulations are adhered within entrusted agenda
  • Ensure individual department goals are in alignment with project and company direction through continuous proactive communication.
  • Monitor E2E process of procurement events (P2P) and actively resolve possible issues in the process flow.
  • Tactical procurement activities (sourcing, negotiation)
  • Performing contract harmonization process
  • Performing procurement reporting
  • Enforce administration standards and policies; preparation of periodic reports on operating costs; within entrusted agenda
  • Perform on-going management of interdepartmental interfaces and integrating administrative functions to support and ensure departmental goals/objectives are met.


Job requirements

Professional skills:

  • University degree in Technical/Economic area 
  • 5 years experience in delivery of SAP MM or SRM projects
  • Understanding of procurement procesess
  • Good understanding of procurement and negotiating in corporate companies
  • Multinational experience: preferred


Social skills:

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build up relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiation skills: very good
  • Self-motivation with high commercial awareness and initiative
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to provide recommendations, proposals and reports
  • Excellent team player and motivator


Specific skills (Methods, trends, language, knowledge):

  • English language – fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  • Ability to work in project / matrix environment


Hard skills:

  • Project management skills
  • Procurement process knowledge advantage)
  • Advanced English language skills is a must
  • SAP experience
