Job Description

  • Contractmanagement: Generating transparenacy about the status of signed contracts, and their content.Responsible for the contract document repository.
  • Greating reports with the following datas: Revenue, Costs plus Handling Fee for each Line Business Unit per month/quarter and annual. These reports has to be detailed and in such a good quality, you can present them to the management.
  • SPoC for all LBUn regarding the purchase orders, contracts, invoices and the complaints about these.
  • In summary you are the responsible IT Controller and financial employee in one person for International Demandmanagement
  • End to End coordination of IT Demands for the German Organisation
  • Self-responsible clarifying of assignments and requests for our professional division and IT Department
  • Conception and consultation for Workplace Service Portfolio Standard solutions for internal Tools( e.g. assignment management) and for the topics of our portfolio
  • Cooperation with architecture and system development teams for variant solutions
  • Coordinate all involved parties for preparing a price offer
  • Develop business processes such as business models of cooperation with other departments
  • Strategical development of our complex system in the highlighted subject area
  • Cooperation with an International Team
  • Presentation and moderation of the topics for the Management

Job requirements

  • As Demand Manager, you are the first point of contact for customers / specialist pages in the DTAG Group for Workplace Services requirements. They advise customers in close cooperation with Business Partner Management on existing solutions and thus drive forward standardization.
  • Independent acceptance and evaluation of often complex customer requirements for the IT workstation infrastructure
  • Advising internal clients / trade pages on the basis of a standardized Workplace Service portfolio and identifying possible alternative solutions. Transformation of requirements into a clear, functional description for implementation. Carrying out an end-to-end responsibility up to the successful implementation of customer requirements also in direct dialogue with the customer / the specialist department.
  • Fulfillment of contract management tasks.
  • Preparation of solution descriptions for customers in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Very clear customer and service orientation
  • Extensive knowledge of portfolio desktop services (office standardization) including virtualization solutions, ideally experience in the workplace service environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the operational processes and organizational structure of the Deutsche Telekom Group
  • Presentation and moderation of complex issues, even at the management level, are no problem for you
  • High level of target group-oriented communication and consulting skills, even in critical situations
  • Very good knowledge of common MS-Office products incl. Sharepoint
  • Fluent in English and German language (spoken and written), other language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Proven successes in the management of (sub-) projects complete your profile
  • Preparation of solution descriptions for customers in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • MS Excel & Powerpoint knowledge
  • Generating reports with Microsoft Office Software
  • Interpretation of financial numbers and figures
  • Good financial expertice (cost center, revenue, costs, depreciation, accruals, other specifc knowledge)
