Opis stanowiska pracy

-responsible for operation and maintenance of various Telecommunication IN platforms 

- acting as 2nd level support

-troubleshooting customer issues, responsible for platform and network troubleshooting

-planning and executing of service tasks, upgrades and new products implementation

-acting as emergency contact on scheduled standby duties 

-close cooperation with development projects

 

Wymagania

-familiar with telecommunications and networks architecture

-knowledge of network and main telecommunication protocols (TCP/IP, SS7, ISUP, SIP, DIAMETER, CAMEL)

-good Unix and SQL knowledge

-Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

-Communication and personal skills

-Personal responsibility

-Ability to work under time pressure

-Fluent written and spoken English
